🌍 Context
In a context of acceleration and structuring, we are looking for an Office & Culture Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of our offices AND play an active role in building our company culture.
This is a central role: you are the guardian of the employee experience on a day-to-day basis, from the first impression made on newcomers to the unifying moments that strengthen our collective identity.
🎯 What you'll do
Main Mission
Ensure the smooth running of workspaces and general services, while driving Culture & Employee Experience initiatives that contribute to engagement, cohesion, and DQE's attractiveness as an employer.
Responsibilities
🏢 Office Management & General Services
· Management of visitor reception on the premises
· Ensure the management and optimisation of workspaces (layout, comfort, accessibility)
· Organize business travel (trips, hotels, visas) for teams
· Supervise access control, badge management, and premises security
· Manage relationships with service providers (maintenance, mail, security, supplies, IT hardware)
· Oversee budgets related to operating expenses and negotiate supplier contracts
· Provide support to General Management (CEO) upon request (calendar management, lunches, travel arrangements…)
🌍 Support for International Teams
· Coordinate the logistics of internal meetings and events (rooms, equipment, catering)
· Ensure smooth communication in both French and English with employees and international partners, and ideally, German language skills would be appreciated
· Support the administrative onboarding of new hires (France and international)
🎯 Culture & Employee Experience
· Co-build and animate company culture in partnership with the HR Director and management
· Organize and coordinate internal events: team buildings, off-sites, celebrations, team rituals
· Drive the onboarding journey to ensure a successful and memorable integration
· Implement and monitor well-being initiatives (breakfasts, relaxation spaces, challenges, etc.)
· Manage internal communication channels (intranet, Slack, internal newsletters)
· Contribute to employer branding: testimonials, recruitment events, social media presence
· Measure employee engagement and propose continuous improvement actions

👤 Your profile
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's to Master's degree (HR, communications, management, or equivalent)
· Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a scale-up or tech environment
· Proven experience in event organisation and cross-functional project management
Key Skills
· Autonomy and organisational skills: able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
· Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable with all levels of seniority and international profiles
· Service and hospitality mindset: you take pride in delivering a quality experience
· Proactivity and initiative: you anticipate needs before they are expressed
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
· Proficiency in collaborative tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion or equivalent
· Bilingual French / English (spoken and written) — mandatory
