Your Mission
As the Head of Growth at DQE, you will be responsible for the overall lead acquisition strategy, with a focus on driving growth both in France and internationally. Your mission is to generate high-quality leads for our sales teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and reseller partners.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Lead Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy (SEO, SEA, paid ads, etc.) aimed at driving international growth.
- Ad Campaign Management: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like SalesforceBEN, LinkedIn, and Google, with a focus on monitoring KPIs and maximizing ROI.
- Marketplace Engagement: Ensure visibility and promotion of DQE across key marketplaces, including Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
- Collaboration with Sales and Alliances Teams: Work closely with sales & alliances teams and BDRs to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals and provide insights on lead quality and volume.
- Channel co-marketing: Coordinate lead generation initiatives with reseller partners and support them in qualifying leads and developing their sales pipelines.
- Strategic Partnerships: Coordinate lead generation initiatives with ISV partners through campaigns, webinars and events.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign and channel performance, continuously identifying areas for improvement and the ability to extract key insights to adjust strategies.
- Managing our external service providers.
- Depending on your interests and experience, a managerial role may be considered
💻 Tools used: Office Suite, Maze, Google Analytics, Trello, Notion, Teams and One Drive, Figma
Your Profile
- Proven experience (5+ years) in lead acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and platforms like Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in using performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Last but not least, you are proficient in English and French to effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners in both languages.
